REGULAR TOWN BOARD MEETING
Tuesday, April 13th, 2010
*Immediately following the Annual Town Meeting*
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Regular Town Board Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville will be held on Tuesday, April 13th, 2010, immediately following the Annual Town Meeting. The meeting will be held in the Town Office located at 108 E. Leffler Street in Dodgeville, Wisconsin.
1. Call meeting to order
2. Approval of Public Notice and Agenda
3. Approval of Meeting Minutes from March 2nd, March 9th, March 23rd and March 31st
4. Approval of Treasurer’s Reports for General, Sanitary District #1, 2, 3 and Tax Collection Accounts
5. Bills to be approved
6. Appointment of Planning Commission Members
7. Discussion & possible award re: Mowing Proposals for 3 Cemeteries and the Town Hall
8. Discussion & possible action re: Planning Commission Recommendations
9. Discussion re: TRIP-D Phase II Brue Road
10. Discussion & possible action re: Cul-de-sac/Turnaround Chimney Rock Road
11. Discussion & possible action re: Iowa County Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan
12. Discussion & possible action re: Municipal Clerk’s Training (Green Bay)
13. Discussion & possible action re: Water Runoff from Recycling Center to A&W

It is possible the Town Board will go into Closed Session in Accordance with Wisconsin Statue 19.85 (1) (c) to consider employment, promotion, employee hours, compensation or performance evaluation of any public employee of which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.
