NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that there will be a Plan Commission Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville which will be held on Monday, April 25th, 2011 beginning at 6:30 PM. This meeting will be held in the Town Office located at 108 E. Leffler Street, Dodgeville, Wisconsin.

1. Call meeting to order
2. Roll call
3. Approval of Public Notice & Agenda in accordance with Open Meeting Laws
4. Election of Officers
5. Review and approve meeting minutes from February 28th, 2011
6. Petition by Cory Berg for consideration of a conditional use permit to consider Restaurant, Bar, Game Rooms, Dancing, Entertainment, Weddings, Banquets, Gift Shops, Family Entertainment and Outdoor Family Entertainment on an 4.81-acre B-2 Highway Business lot in S16-T6N-R3E located at 3625 State Road 23 in the Town of Dodgeville.
7. Farmland Preservation Update
8. Correspondence or other Matters
9. Adjournment
