NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that there will be a Plan Commission Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville which will be held on Monday, April 29th, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. This meeting will be held at the Town Hall located at 108 E. Leffler Street, Dodgeville, Wisconsin.

1. Call meeting to order
2. Roll call
3. Approval of Public Notice & Agenda in accordance with Open Meeting Laws
4. Review and approve meeting minutes from March 25th, 2024
5. The rezoning application of Darren & Carrie Hansen and Robert & Jane Hansen Revocable Trust to rezone a 3.085 acre parcel more or less from A-1 & AR-1 to AR-1 to enlarge an existing AR-1 lot located in the NE ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 25, Town 7 North, Range 2 East located at 3589 Hunter Hollow Road.
6. Discussion re: Section H Land Use Element – Town of Dodgeville Comprehensive Plan
7. Correspondence and other matters
