NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that there will be a Plan Commission Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville which will be held on Monday, August 29th, 2011 beginning at 6:30 P.M. This meeting will be held in the Town Office located at 108 E. Leffler Street, Dodgeville, Wisconsin.

1. Call meeting to order
2. Roll call
3. Approval of Public Notice & Agenda in accordance with Open Meeting Laws
4. Review and approve meeting minutes from June 27th, 2011
5. The application of Kevin Meudt, Inc. to preview the rezoning application, located in the N1/2 of the SE ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 26, Town 7 North, Range 3 East to rezone 5.758 acres more or less from A-1 Ag to AR-1 Ag Residential.
6. The application of Clyde Allen Mitchell Trust to preview the rezoning application, located in the SE ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 14, Town 6 North, Range 3 East to rezone a minimum of 2 acres from A-1 Ag to AR-1 Ag Residential.
7. The application of Anthony & Amy Esch to preview the rezoning application, located in pt fr of the SW ¼ of the NW ¼ and fr of the NW ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 7, Town 6 North, Range 3 East to rezone a minimum of 2 acres from A-1 Ag to AR-1 Ag Residential.
