*Immediately following the Special Meeting of the Town Electors*

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Regular Town Board Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville will be held on Tuesday, December 1st, 2020 immediately following the Special Meeting of the Town Electors. The meeting will be held in the Town Office located at 108 E. Leffler Street in Dodgeville, Wisconsin.

1. Call meeting to order/Pledge of Allegiance

2. Public Comment

3. Approval of Public Notice and Agenda

4. Adoption of the 2021 Budget

5. Approval of Meeting Minutes from November 11th, 2020

6. Approval of Treasurer’s Reports for General, Sanitary District #1 and Tax Collection Accounts

7. Bills to be approved

8. Town Roads/Equipment Report

9. Clerk/Treasurer Report

10. Discussion & possible award re: 2021 TRID Project – Leffler Road

11. Discussion & possible action re: 2021 Assessor’s Contract

12. Discussion & possible action re: Hunting on Town Land-Fill Site

13. Discussion & possible action re: Town Building Inspector

14. Discussion & possible adoption re: Ordinance Chapter 10 Building and Mechanical Code Amendment

15. Closed Session in accordance with Wisconsin Statue 19.85 (1) (c) to consider employment, promotion, employee hours, compensation or performance evaluation of any public employee of which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. (Christmas Bonus)

16. Reconvene into Open Session

17. Board action as a result of Closed Session
