NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that there will be a Plan Commission Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville which will be held on Monday, February 26th, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. This meeting will be held at the Town Hall located at 108 E. Leffler Street, Dodgeville, Wisconsin.
1. Call meeting to order
2. Roll call
3. Approval of Public Notice & Agenda in accordance with Open Meeting Laws
4. Review and approve meeting minutes from December 26th, 2023
5. The rezoning application of Donald & Pauline Ley to rezone 5 acres from A-1 Ag to RB-1 located in part of the SE ¼ of SE ¼ of Section 4, Township 5 East, Range 3 East and part of the SW ¼ of the SW ¼ and part of the NW ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 3, Township 5 North, Range 3 East located at 2435 Chris-Na-Mar Road. A conditional use application for the purpose of a short-term rental (30 days or less) and meeting/small gathering location.
6. The conditional use application of Quality Liquid Feeds / Cory Berg for the purpose of a dance studio/school on 4.819 acres zoned B-2 located in the SW ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 16, Town 6 North, Range 3 East at 3625 State Road 23.
7. The rezoning application of Esch Road Properties, LLC to rezone 12.9 acres from A-1 Ag Legal Non-Conforming to AR-1 located in the S ½ of the NW ¼ of the SW ¼ and part of the SW ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 6, Township 6 North, Range 3 East located at 4268 Esch Road. A conditional use application for the purpose of a residential recreational rental.
8. The conditional use application of New Horizon Cooperative for the purpose of fuel and gasoline storage bulk tanks utilized for transfer to tank wagon delivery vehicles on 1.06 acres zone B-3 located in part of the SE ¼ of the NE ¼ and part of the NE ¼ of the SE ¼ in Section 22, Town 6 North, Range 3 East at 4746 County Road YZ.
