NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Regular Town Board Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville will be held on Tuesday, January 5th, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Town Office located at 108 E. Leffler Street in Dodgeville, Wisconsin.

1. Call meeting to order/Pledge of Allegiance

2. Approval of Public Notice and Agenda

3. Approval of Meeting Minutes from December 10th, 2015

4. Approval of Treasurer’s Reports for General, Sanitary District #1, 2 and Tax Collection Accounts

5. Bills to be approved

6. Town Roads/Equipment Report

7. Clerk/Treasurer Report

8. Discussion & possible action re: TRIP program Update - Survey Road

9. Discussion & possible action re: WTA District Meeting

10. Discussion & possible action re: Evans Quarry Road Damages

11. Discussion & possible action re: Radios

12. Discussion & possible action re: Business Credit Card & Credit Card Policy

13. Discussion & possible action re: Part-time Patrolman Positions

14. Closed Session in accordance with Wisconsin Statue 19.85 (1) (c) to consider employment, promotion, employee hours, compensation or performance evaluation of any public employee of which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. (Employment and Compensation)

15. Reconvene into Open Session
