NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Regular Town Board Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville will be held on Tuesday, July 5th, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Town Office located at 108 E. Leffler Street in Dodgeville, Wisconsin.

1. Call meeting to order/Pledge of Allegiance

2. Approval of Public Notice and Agenda

3. Approval of Meeting Minutes from June 7th, 2016 & June 20th, 2016

4. Approval of Treasurer’s Reports for General, Sanitary District #1, 2 and Tax Collection Accounts

5. Bills to be approved

6. Town Roads/Equipment Report

7. Clerk/Treasurer Report

8. Approval or Denial of Operator’s License for: Mike Slaney, Nancy Anderson, Amy Johnson, Josi Olson, Ashley Carlson

9. Discussion & possible action re: Blotz Bridge Ford Construction

10. Discussion & possible action re: Survey Road Bridge Project

11. Discussion & possible action re: Capacity, Management, Operation & Maintenance Policy (CMOM)

12. Discussion & possible action re: Mileage Reimbursement Policy

13. Discussion & possible action re: Parking of Vehicles on Town Highways

14. Discussion & possible action re: Electronic Meeting Policy

15. Closed Session in Accordance with Wisconsin Statue 19.85 (1) (g) to confer with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rending oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which is or is likely to become involved.
