REGULAR TOWN BOARD MEETING
Tuesday, July 6th, 2010
*Immediately following the Sanitary District #2 & #3 Meeting*
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Regular Town Board Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville will be held on Tuesday, July 6th, 2010, immediately following the Sanitary District #2 & #3 meeting. The meeting will be held in the Town Office located at 108 E. Leffler Street in Dodgeville, Wisconsin.
1. Call meeting to order
2. Approval of Public Notice and Agenda
3. Approval of Meeting Minutes from June 1st, 2010 and June 21st, 2010
4. Approval of Treasurer’s Reports for General, Sanitary District #1, 2, 3 and Tax Collection Accounts
5. Bills to be approved
6. Planning Commission Recommendations
7. Discussion & possible action re: Bicycling Notification (Dairyland Dare Event)
8. Discussion & possible adoption re: Resolution 2010-269 Bicycling Notification
9. Town Roads Report
10. Approval or Denial of Temporary Class “B” Retailers License for Ridge Fest
11. Discussion & possible action re: Computer Upgrade Request from Iowa County
12. Discussion & possible action re: Overlay proposals for Lawinger Road
13. Discussion & possible action re: Purchasing of garage doors and painting of the salt shed & Town Shop
14. Discussion & possible action re: Farm & Fleet Charge Card
15. It is possible the Town Board will go into Closed Session in Accordance with Wisconsin Statue 19.85 (1) (c) to consider employment, promotion, employee hours, compensation or performance evaluation of a public employee of which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.
