REGULAR TOWN BOARD MEETING

6:00 p.m.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Regular Town Board Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville will be held on Tuesday, June 1st, 2010 @ 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Town Office located at 108 E. Leffler Street in Dodgeville, Wisconsin.
1. Call meeting to order
2. Approval of Public Notice and Agenda
3. Approval of Meeting Minutes from May 4th, 2010
4. Approval of Treasurer’s Reports for General, Sanitary District #1, 2, 3 and Tax Collection Accounts
5. Bills to be approved
6. Appointment of Plan Commission Member to serve two year term ending in April 2012.
7. Town Roads Report
8. Town Office Report
9. Approval or Denial of Beer, Liquor and Cigarette Licenses for the 2010-2011 licensing year. (Pleasant Ridge Store, House on the Rock, Jumping Jupiter, Quality Liquid Feeds formerly Thym’s and Sam & Maddies, Inc.)
10. Approval or Denial of Operators License for the 2010-2011 licensing year. (Megan Pittz, Shane Menning, Theresa Odgers, Mike Slaney, Lauren Gullickson, Heather Olson, Susan Grimes, Doyle Wallace, Stephanie Wallace, Susan Peterson, Carol Wood, Melinda Barnicle, Laura Fruit, Sara Woerpel, Nancy Schaaf, Virgil Leverton, David Grainger, Betty Smith and David Raess)
11. Discussion re: Review of Farmland Preservation Mapping Exercise
12. Discussion & possible action re: Iowa County Amendatory Ordinance No. 6-0803 Proposal
13. Discussion & possible action re: Sanitary District #3 Annexation Agreement and Waterleak Issues
14. Discussion & possible action re: Blotz/Brennan Rd Intersection
15. Discussion & possible adoption re: Resolution #2010-268 stating that the 2009 DNR Compliance Maintenance Report was reviewed
16. It is possible the Town Board will go into Closed Session in Accordance with Wisconsin Statue 19.85 (1) (g) to confer with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which is or is likely to become involved.
17. Reconvene into Open Session
