NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Regular Town Board Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd, 2014 immediately following adjournment of the Board of Review. The meeting will be held in the Town Office located at 108 E. Leffler Street in Dodgeville, Wisconsin.

1. Call meeting to order

2. Approval of Public Notice and Agenda

3. Approval of Meeting Minutes from May 8th, 2014

4. Approval of Treasurer’s Reports for General, Sanitary District #1, 2, 3 and Tax Collection Accounts

5. Bills to be approved

6. Town Roads/Equipment Report

7. Clerk/Treasurer Report

8. Discussion & possible adoption re: Resolution Regarding American Transmission Company’s Application 05ce142 including 345 kv Transmission and Alternative Solutions

9. Discussion & possible adoption re: Resolution 2014 – 286 E-CMAR 2013

10. Discussion & possible adoption re: Resolution 2014 – 287 Resolution thanking Rick Stadelman for his service to the Township

11. Discussion & possible action re: Interest Rate Proposals for Town Truck

12. Discussion & possible action re: Salt Storage Compliance Deficiencies – Shed
