NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that there will be a Plan Commission Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville which will be held on Monday, March 27th at 6:00 p.m. This meeting will be held at the Town Hall located at 108 E. Leffler Street, Dodgeville, Wisconsin.
1. Call meeting to order
2. Roll call
3. Approval of Public Notice & Agenda in accordance with Open Meeting Laws
4. Review and approve meeting minutes from September 26th, 2016
5. The conditional use application of Paul Gaynor for Amendment of Phase II for the purpose of : including 10-25 small campsites on a Planned Unit Development of approximately 26.93 acres more or less zoned RB-1 located in the SW ¼ of the NE ¼, the NW ¼ of the SE ¼, the NE ¼ of the SW ¼, the SE ¼ of the NW ¼ and the NE ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 4, Town 3, Range 3 East at 4352 State Road 23.
6. Discussion & possible action re: Survey Results from the Smart Growth & Quality of Life Survey
