AGENDA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that there will be a Plan Commission Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville which will be held on Monday, March 30th, 2015 beginning at 6:00 P.M. This meeting will be held at the Iowa County Courthouse, 2nd Floor conference room located at 222 N. Iowa Street, Dodgeville, Wisconsin.
1. Call meeting to order
2. Roll call
3. Approval of Public Notice & Agenda in accordance with Open Meeting Laws
4. Review and approve meeting minutes from February 23rd , 2015
5. The application of Dan & Denise Durst to preview the rezoning application of approximately 9.83 acres more or less from A-1 Legal Non-Conforming to AR-1 and located in part of the NW ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 28, Town 6 North, Range 3 East at 4221 U.S. Highway 18. The conditional use application of Dan & Denise Durst for the purpose of increasing the animal use allotment to 6.
6. The application of Paul Gaynor to preview the rezoning application of a Planned Unit Development of approximately 25.42 acres more or less from A-1 & B-2 to RB-1 located in part of the SE ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 4, Town 3, Range 3 East at 4352 State Road 23. The conditional use application of Paul Gaynor for the purpose of a residential based office of professional services operator (massage therapy) in existing home, assembly gatherings outdoors (under temporary tents) and in renovated existing barn.
7. Continuation of the application of James Rule & Rule Quarry LLC to preview the rezoning application of 65.50 acres more or less from A-1 Ag to AB-1 located in part of the SE ¼ and the SW ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 9, Town 6 North, Range 3 East at 3978 State Road 23. The conditional use application of James Rule & Rule Quarry LLC for the purpose of non-metallic mining on 65.50 acres more or less located in part of the SE ¼ and the SW ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 9, Town 6 North, Range 3 East at 3978 State Road 23.
