SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING

6:00 PM

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Special Town Board Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville will be held on Tuesday, March 9th, 2010 beginning at 6:00 PM. The meeting will be held in the Town Office located at 108 E. Leffler Street in Dodgeville, Wisconsin.



1. Call meeting to order

2. Approval of Public Notice and Agenda

3. Discussion & possible action re: Mower Tractor Quotes

4. Discussion & possible action re: Pressure Washer

5. Discussion & possible action re: Municipal borrowing of $90,000 to purchase a new mower tractor

6. It is possible the Town Board will go into Closed Session in Accordance with Wisconsin Statue 19.85 (1) (g) to confer with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which is or is likely to become involved.

7. Reconvene into Open Session

8. Board Action as a Result of Closed Session

9. Public Comment

10. Adjournment
