November 7, 2011 Special Town Meeting of Electors

NOTICE OF SPECIAL TOWN MEETING
OF THE ELECTORS OF THE TOWN OF DODGEVILLE

Notice is hereby given that on Monday, November 7th, 2011, immediately following completion of the public hearing on the proposed year 2012 budget, which begins at 6:00 p.m. at the Town Hall of the Town of Dodgeville, 108 E. Leffler St., Dodgeville, Wisconsin, a special town meeting of the electors called pursuant to Sec. 60.12 (1) (b) Wis. Stats by the town board for the following purposes:

1. To approve the total year 2012 highway expenditures pursuant to Sec. 81.01 (3) of Wis.
Statutes.

2. To adopt the 2011 town tax levy to be paid in 2012 pursuant to Sec. 60.10(1)(a) Wis. Statues that includes a .5% increase from the unused levy in 2010 pursuant to Sec. 66.0602(3)(f)c Wis. Statues.
