NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that there will be a Plan Commission Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville which will be held on Monday, October 28th, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. This meeting will be held at the Town Hall located at 108 E. Leffler Street, Dodgeville, Wisconsin.

1. Call meeting to order
2. Roll call
3. Approval of Public Notice & Agenda in accordance with Open Meeting Laws
4. Review and approve meeting minutes from September 30th, 2024
5. The rezoning application of White Oak Savannah LLC to rezone 2.6 acres more or less from RB-1 to AR-1 located in the NE ¼ of the NW ¼ and the SW ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 4, Town 6 North, Range 3 East located at 4361 Norwegian Hollow Rd. A conditional use permit application of White Oak Savannah LLC to document the past approved uses will remain on the remaining 24.33 acre parcel more or less zoned RB-1 located in the NE ¼ of the NW ¼ and the SW ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 4, Town 6 North, Range 3 East located at 4352 State Road 23.
6. The conditional use permit application of Dennis Fingerson for the purpose of a garage for storage of equipment and an office for a sealcoating business located on a 2.8 acre parcel zoned B-2 located in the NW ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 26, Town 6 North, Range 3 East located at 3207 Bennett Road.
7. The rezoning application of Cathy & Daniel Bellich to rezone 3.45 acres more or less from A-1 Ag to AR-1 located in the NE ¼ of the SW ¼ and the NW ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 7, Town 6 North, Range 3 East located at 3940 County Road Y. The conditional use permit application of Cathy & Daniel Bellich for the purpose of requesting up to 3 animal units on 3.45 acres more or less zoned AR-1 located in the NE ¼ of the SW ¼ and the NW ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 7, Town 6 North, Range 3 East located at 3940 County Road Y.
8. Discussion re: Section H Land Use Element – Town of Dodgeville Comprehensive Plan (Definitions)
