NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that there will be a Plan Commission Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville which will be held on Monday, September 30th, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. This meeting will be held at the Town Hall located at 108 E. Leffler Street, Dodgeville, Wisconsin.

1. Call meeting to order
2. Roll call
3. Approval of Public Notice & Agenda in accordance with Open Meeting Laws
4. Review and approve meeting minutes from August 26th, 2024
5. The rezoning application of Dean & Julie Redell and Oxnem Acres LLC to rezone 1.095 acres more or less from A-1 Ag Legal Non-Conforming & A-1 Ag to AR-1 located in the NE ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 32, Town 6 North, Range 3 East located at 4165 County Road CH.
6. The conditional use permit application of Daniel Gollon for the purpose of tack swaps and vendor shows, hosting auctions, hosting riding shows and rodeos, horse clinics, kid camps, birthday parties and riding demonstrations located on a 10.02 acre parcel zoned AB-1 located in the SW ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 35, Town 6 North, Range 3 East at 4820 Brennan Road
7. Discussion re: Section H Land Use Element – Town of Dodgeville Comprehensive Plan (Definitions)
8. Correspondence and other matters
9. Adjournment
