NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Regular Town Board Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville will be held on Tuesday, September 3rd, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Town Office located at 108 E. Leffler Street in Dodgeville, Wisconsin.

1. Call meeting to order/Pledge of Allegiance

2. Approval of Public Notice and Agenda

3. Public Comment

4. Approval of Meeting Minutes from August 6th, 2024 and August 26th, 2024

5. Approval of Treasurer’s Reports for General, Sanitary District #1 and Tax Collection Accounts

6. Bills to be Approved

7. Town Roads/Equipment Report

8. Clerk/Treasurer Report

9. Discussion & possible action re: Purchasing of MACK Truck / Extended Warranty

10. Discussion & possible action re: Scheduling of Fall Clean-Up

11. Discussion & possible action re: Wisconsin Towns Association Fall Workshop

12. Discussion & possible action re: Engineer for Parking Lot Improvements / Recycling Center

13. Closed Session in Accordance with Wisconsin Statue 19.85 (1) (c) to consider employment, promotion, employee hours, compensation or performance evaluation of any public employee of which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. (Employment)
