NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Sanitary District #2 Board of Commissioners Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville will be held on Wednesday, September 9th, 2009 beginning at 4:30 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Town Office located at 108 E. Leffler Street in Dodgeville, Wisconsin.



1. Call meeting to order

2. Approval of Public Notice and Agenda

3. Approval of Meeting Minutes from January 15th, 2009

4. Discussion & possible action re: Approval or Denial of the Hook-up of the B-2 District which lies in the Town of Dodgeville Sanitary District #2 to the existing sewer main

5. Public Comment

6. Adjournment
