Annual Town Meeting Minutes
Wednesday, April 19th, 2017
6:00 p.m.
1) Call to order. Town Chairman, Curt Peterson called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Town Supervisors in attendance were: David Blume, Peter Vanderloo and David Gollon. Absent was Steven Johnson. Also in attendance were Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson, Greg Jewell, Larry Nelson, Jeffrey Haylock and Timothy Bailey.

2) Approval of Public Notice/Agenda. Supervisor, David Gollon made a motion to approve the public notice and agenda seconded by Supervisor Peter Vanderloo. Motion carried.

3) Approval of Annual Meeting Minutes from April 19th, 2016. David Gollon made a motion to accept the April 19th, 2016 meeting minutes as submitted. Peter Vanderloo seconded the motion. Motion carried.

4) Review of 2016 Annual Report & Audit. The Town Board reviewed the 2016 Annual Report and the audited financial statements in detail indicating that the Town had a net income of $57,861.82. The Town Board also reviewed the communication of significant deficiencies and material weaknesses.

5) Review of 2016 Accomplishments & Highlights. The Town Board discussed several accomplishments and highlights for 2016 including the following: Sealcoating of Lawinger Rd, Rohowetz Rd, Dunbar Rd, Wilson Rd, McGraw Rd and Evans Quarry Road, Completion of the Blotz Bridge Project and Overlays on Esch Rd and Rohowetz Rd. The Town Board thanked Steven Johnson for his past services as Town Board Supervisor, Planning Commission member and a member of the fire department subcommittee.

6) Set 2017 Annual Meeting Date. David Blume made a motion to set the 2017 Annual Meeting date for the third Tuesday in April of 2018 starting at 6:00 p.m. Peter Vanderloo seconded the motion. Motion carried.

7) Other matter brought before the Annual Meeting. No other matters were brought before the annual meeting.

8) Adjournment. David Blume made a motion to adjourn at 6:09 p.m. David Gollon seconded the motion. Motion carried.
