Special Town Board Meeting Minutes
Saturday, April 27th, 2024 – 8:00 A.M.

The Town of Dodgeville fence viewers met on Saturday, April 27th at 8:00 A.M. Town Chairman, Curt Peterson called the meeting to order at 8:00 A.M.

Town fence viewers in attendance were Curt Peterson and Pam Johnson-Loy. Also in attendance were Jeff Pierce, Nick Pierce and Tim Puchter.

The public notice and the agenda were approved on motion by Pam Johnson-Loy seconded by Curt Peterson. Motion carried.

Pam Johnson-Loy made a motion to recess to part of the NW ¼ of the NE ¼ and part of the SW ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 30, T7N, R3E to view the fence line between Nicholas, Cory & Jeffrey Pierce and James & Patricia Puchter. Curt Peterson seconded the motion. Motion carried. Application was made to the Town by Nicholas Pierce.

The fence viewers reconvened at 108 E. Leffler Street. Jim Puchter was contacted as requested via speaker phone and explained his side and information that he presented to the fence viewers.

Curt Peterson made a motion to require a boundary fence on the north side, west side and south side of the property line and each share 50% of the fence on the north, west and south sides per State Statue 90.07(3). Pam Johnson-Loy seconded the motion. Motion carried. Curt Peterson will measure the north and south side to find the center point after the meeting is over.

Pam Johnson-Loy made a motion to adjourn at 9:30 a.m. Curt Peterson seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Curt Peterson measured the fence and was done at 11:30 a.m.
