Sanitary District #1 Board of Commissioners
Tuesday, December 4th, 2018
*6:00 p.m.*
1) Call to order. Town Chairman, Curt Peterson called the meeting to order at 6:02 p.m.

Town Supervisors in attendance were: David Blume, Peter Vanderloo and David Gollon. Also in attendance were Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson and Randy Beerkircher.

2) Approval of Public Notice/Agenda. Supervisor, Peter Vanderloo made a motion to approve the public notice and agenda seconded by Supervisor David Blume. Motion carried.

3) Approval of Meeting Minutes from November 7th, 2018. David Blume made a motion to approve the November 7th, 2018 meeting minutes as submitted. Peter Vanderloo seconded the motion. Motion carried.

4) Presentation by Bill Gruber from B&M Technical service for Lift Station Repairs and Upgrades. Bill Gruber presented information in regards to the proposed upgrades and repairs needed at the lift stations.

5) Discussion & possible action re: Sanitary District #1 – Lift Station Repairs and Upgrades. The Town Board requested that a quote be obtained from LW Allen in regards to the upgrades and needed repairs.

6) Discussion & possible action re: Sanitary District #1 – Lift Station Repairs (Roh Rd Station). Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson updated the board in regards to the pump failures at the Roh Rd lift station and the emergency repairs that were completed.

7) Discussion & possible action re: Quarterly User Fee Rate. Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson presented the recorded user agreement between Best of Friends Pet Care and Sanitary District #1. The Town Board requested time to look into the agreement and requested that it be placed on next month’s meeting agenda.

8) Public Comment. None.
9) Adjournment. Peter Vanderloo made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:54 p.m. David Gollon seconded the motion. Motion carried.
