Special Town Board Meeting Minutes
January 15, 2009
*Immediately following the Sanitary District #1 and #2 Board of Commissioners*

1) Call to order. Town Chairman, Curt Peterson called the meeting to order at 6:25 PM.

Town Supervisors in attendance were: Charles Price, David Gollon and David Thomas. Also in attendance was Clerk Sara Olson.

2) Approval of Public Notice/Agenda. Supervisor, David Thomas made a motion to approve the public notice and agenda seconded by Supervisor Charles Price. Motion carried.

3) Closed Session in Accordance with Wisconsin Statue 19.85 (1) (c) to consider employment, promotion, employee hours, compensation or performance evaluation of any public employee of which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. David Gollon made a motion to go into closed session in Accordance with Wisconsin Statue 19.85 (1) (c) to consider employment, promotion, employee hours, compensation or performance evaluation of any public employee of which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility at 6:32 p.m.. David Thomas seconded the motion. Roll call: Peterson, yes, Price, yes, Gollon, yes, Thomas, yes. Motion carried. Also present was Clerk Sara Olson.

4) Reconvene into Open Session. Charles Price made a motion to reconvene into open session at 6:50 p.m. David Thomas seconded the motion. Motion carried.

5) Board Action as a Result of Closed Session. No action taken.

6) Discussion and possible action re: 2009-257 Health Insurance Reimbursement and Compensation Policy. David Thomas made a motion to approve and adopt Resolution 2009-257 Health Insurance Reimbursement and Compensation Policy as presented. The employment manual will be modified to reference Resolution 2009-257 Health Insurance Reimbursement and Compensation Policy in Section 4: Benefits and Employee Pay, Subsection 4.12: Insurance Plan Policy effective February 1, 2009. New revised employment manuals will be distributed to employees as well as a copy of Resolution 2009-257. David Gollon seconded the motion. Motion carried.

7) Public Comment. None

8) Adjournment. David Thomas made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:25 P.M. David Gollon seconded the motion. Motion carried.
