June 1, 2010 Board of Review - Adjourn to Later Date

BOARD OF REVIEW MEETING MINUTES
TOWN OF DODGEVILLE
June 1, 2010

Board of Review was called to order at 6:02 p.m. by Town Chairman, Curt Peterson.

Members present were: Curt Peterson, David Thomas,David Gollon and Thomas Mueller. Others in attendance were Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson.

Clerk Olson verified that proper notice of the meeting was posted on May 11, 2010 in accordance to WI Statutes 19.84 (3) at the Town Message Boards at Jumping Jupiter, Mueller Implement and the Town Office. The public notice and the agenda were approved on motion by Supervisor, David Gollon seconded by Supervisor David Thomas. Motion carried.

Due to the fact that the assessment roll is not complete a motion was made by Thomas Mueller to adjourn to a later date for the Board of Review. Date set for Board of Review is July 22nd from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM. Open book has not been scheduled at this time. David Gollon seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Motion by Thomas Mueller to adjourn the Board of Review meeting at 6:03 p.m., seconded by David Thomas, all approve, motion carried.
