Plan Commission Meeting
Monday, June 24th, 2019

The Town of Dodgeville Plan Commission met on Monday, June 24th, 2019 at 6:00 P.M. Town Board Chairman Curt Peterson called the Planning Commission meeting to order at 6:00 P.M.

Plan Commission Committee members in attendance were: Larry Nelson, Peter Vanderloo, Curt Peterson, Ron Robson, Darold Tresner, Mary Wilson and David Blume.

Others in attendance were: Jan Gutherz, Laura Diederich and Anthony Diederich.

Town Board Chairman Curt Peterson verified that proper notice of the public hearing was posted on June 19th, 2019 in accordance to WI Statutes 19.84 (3) at the Town Message Boards at Pleasant Ridge Store, Mueller Implement and the Town Office. Larry Nelson made a motion to approve the public notice and agenda. Peter Vanderloo seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Larry Nelson made a motion to approve the May 28th, 2019 Plan Commission meeting minutes as submitted. Ron Robson seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Peter Vanderloo made a motion to nominate Larry Nelson to serve as the Planning Commission Chairman. Ron Robson seconded the motion. Motion carried. Curt Peterson made a motion to nominate David Blume as Planning Commission Vice Chairman. Daryl Tresner seconded the motion. Motion carried.

The Planning Commission, Jan Gutherz, Laura Diederich and Anthony Diederich discussed the rezoning application to rezone 0.3 acres more or less from AR-1 to C-1 located in the SW ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 14, Township 6 North, Range 2 East located on Berg Road. David Blume made a motion to recommend the approval of the rezoning application of the Laura Diederich Trust to rezone 0.3 acres more or less from AR-1 to C-1 located in the SW ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 14, Township 6 North, Range 2 East located on Berg Road. Daryl Tresner seconded the motion. Motion carried.

David Blume made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:15 p.m. Peter Vanderloo seconded the motion. Motion carried.
