Special Town Board Meeting Minutes
June 27th, 2017
*Immediately following the Board of Review*

1) Call to order. Town Chairman, Curt Peterson called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m.

Town Supervisors in attendance were: David Blume, David Gollon and Peter Vanderloo. Also in attendance was Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson.

2) Approval of Public Notice/Agenda. Supervisor, David Blume made a motion to approve the public notice and agenda seconded by Supervisor, Peter Vanderloo. Motion carried.

3) Approval or Denial of Class “B” Beer and Liquor Licenses for the 2017-2018 licensing year: House on the Rock Inn and Log Inn, LLC. David Blume made a motion to approve the issuance of a 2017-2018 Class “B” Beer/Liquor Combination license for Vivid, Inc. (Nancy Schaaf, Agent). Peter Vanderloo seconded the motion. Motion carried. David Blume made a motion to suspend the agenda and move to Item #4 and to then return to Item #3. David Gollon seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Upon returning to Item 3# the following motion was made by the Town Board. David Blume made a motion to grant a Class “B” Beer & Liquor License to Log Inn, LLC (Darold Rux, Agent) with the following conditions to be met within 90 days from July 1st, 2017. The Town Board sets the following conditions:

• A business plan for potential enterprises
• A detailed construction and opening timeline
• A contractor or engineering firm presentation for proposed enterprise

The Town Board reserves the right to set additional benchmarks to ensure timely completion of a new facility. No license will be issued until all conditions are met. David Gollon seconded the motion. Motion carried.

4) Approval or Denial of Operators License for the 2017-2018 licensing year: Lacey Edwardson, Mike Slaney, Brianna Kirschbaum, Fontana Degenhardt, Gary Holloway, Ashley Anderson and Megan Raess. David Gollon made a motion to approve operator licenses for the 2017-2018 licensing year for the following individuals: Lacey Edwardson, Mike Slaney, Brianna Kirschbaum, Fontana Degenhardt, Gary Holloway, Ashley Anderson and Megan Raess. David Blume seconded the motion. Motion carried.

5) Discussion & possible action re: Resolution No. 2017-299 ECMAR - 2016. David Blume made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2017-299 ECMAR - 2016 as presented. David Gollon seconded the motion. Motion carried.

6) Public Comment. Town Supervisor, David Gollon had requested that a budget review be completed at the July 11th Town Board meeting.

7) Adjournment. David Blume made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:18 p.m. Peter Vanderloo seconded the motion. Motion carried.
