Special Town Board Meeting Minutes
March 31st, 2010
8:00 A.M.

1) Call to order. Town Chairman, Curt Peterson called the meeting to order at 8:10 A.M.

Town Supervisors in attendance were: Charles Price and David Thomas. Also in attendance was Charley Rolli.

2) Approval of Public Notice/Agenda. Supervisor, David Thomas made a motion to approve the public notice and agenda seconded by Supervisor, Charles Price. Motion carried.

3) Recess to Multiple Township Roads to Review Road Conditions. No action took place on site. Charles Price made a motion to recess to Township roads with Charley Rolli. David Thomas seconded the motion. Motion carried.

4) Reconvene to the Town Hall, located at 108 E. Leffler Street. Charles Price made a motion to reconvene in session at 4:20 p.m. after visiting all the Township roads. David Thomas seconded the motion. Motion carried.

5) Discussion & possible action re: Road Projects. David Thomas made a motion to sealcoat Green Leaf and Brennen Road in 2010. The Town will put these road projects out to bid as well as asphalt for Esch Road and various patching jobs on other Town roads. Charles Price seconded the motion. Motion carried.

6) Public Comment. None

7) Adjournment. David Thomas made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 4:25 p.m.. Charlie Price seconded the motion. Motion carried.
