Special Town Board Meeting Minutes
Friday, May 3rd, 2024 – 8:00 A.M.

The Town of Dodgeville Board met on Friday, May 3rd at 8:00 A.M. Town Chairman, Curt Peterson called the meeting to order at 8:00 A.M.

Town Board members in attendance were Curt Peterson, Peter Vanderloo and Kyle Levetzow.

The public notice and the agenda were approved on motion by Peter Vanderloo seconded by Kyle Levetzow. Motion carried.

The Town Board recessed to 3591 State Road 23 (Sunshine Behavorial Health). The Town Board discussed and reaffirmed their expectations with the representatives from Sunshine Behavioral Health in regards to the perimeter and security fencing requirements associated with the conditional use permit.

The Town Board then recessed to the Town Roads and reviewed the conditions of the roadways.

The Town Board then reconvened at 108 E. Leffler Street, Dodgeville.

Peter Vanderloo made a motion to adjourn at 11:54 a.m. Kyle Levetzow seconded the motion. Motion carried.
