Notice of Special Town Meeting of the Electors of the Town of Dodgeville
November 3rd, 2015
*Immediately following completion of the public hearing on the proposed 2016 budget*


Call to order. Town Chairman, Curt Peterson called the meeting to order at 6:24 P.M.

Town Supervisors in attendance were: David Gollon, Steve Johnson, Peter Vanderloo and David Blume. Also in attendance were Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson, Kevin Zajicek, Charlie Rolli, Randy Beerkircher, Larry Nelson and Jeffrey Haylock.

1) To approve the total year 2016 highway expenditure pursuant to Sec. 82.03 (2) of Wis. Statues. Steve Johnson made a motion to approve the total year 2016 highway expenditures in the amount of $444,216.00. Peter Vanderloo seconded the motion. Motion carried.

2) To adopt the 2015 tax levy to be paid in 2016 pursuant to Sec. 60.10(1)(a) Wis. Statues. Steven Johnson made a motion to approve the 2015 tax levy to be paid in 2016 in the amount of $460,385.00. Peter Vanderloo seconded the motion. Motion carried.

3) To establish the per diems of the Town Board Supervisors for the 2016-2017 term. Steven Johnson made a motion to establish the per diem of the Town Board Supervisors at $40.00 per meeting plus mileage using the IRS rate for the 2016-2017 term. The other per diem of $25.00 per quarter day, $50.00 per half day and $100.00 per day still remain unchanged and in effect. Peter Vanderloo seconded the motion. Motion carried.

4) Adjournment. Steven Johnson made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:29 p.m. Peter Vanderloo seconded the motion. Motion carried.
