Notice of Special Town Meeting of the Electors of the Town of Dodgeville
November 5th, 2019
*Immediately following completion of the public hearing on the proposed 2020 budget*


Call to order. Town Chairman, Curt Peterson called the meeting to order at 6:19 p.m.

Town Supervisors in attendance were: David Pope and Peter Vanderloo. Excused were: David Gollon and Kyle Levetzow. Also in attendance were Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson, Randy Beerkircher and Jeffrey Haylock (elector).

1) To adopt the 2019 tax levy to be paid in 2020 pursuant to Sec. 60.10(1)(a) Wis. Statues. David Pope made a motion to approve the 2019 tax levy to be paid in 2020 in the amount of $464,581.00. Peter Vanderloo seconded the motion. Motion carried.

2) Adjournment. David Pope made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:21 p.m. Peter Vanderloo seconded the motion. Motion carried.
