Notice of Special Town Meeting of the Electors of the Town of Dodgeville
November 7th, 2017
*Immediately following completion of the public hearing on the proposed 2018 budget*


Call to order. Town Chairman, Curt Peterson called the meeting to order at 6:17 P.M.

Town Supervisors in attendance were: David Gollon, Peter Vanderloo and Kyle Levetzow. Excused was David Blume. Also in attendance were Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson, Kevin Zajicek, Randy Beerkircher and Jeffrey Haylock.

1) To approve the total year 2018 highway expenditure pursuant to Sec. 82.03 (2) of Wis. Statues. David Gollon made a motion to approve the total year 2018 highway expenditures in the amount of $511,527.38. Peter Vanderloo seconded the motion. Motion carried.

2) To adopt the 2017 tax levy to be paid in 2018 pursuant to Sec. 60.10(1)(a) Wis. Statues. Kyle Levetzow made a motion to approve the 2017 tax levy to be paid in 2018 in the amount of $458,044.00. Peter Vanderloo seconded the motion. Motion carried.

3) To establish the per diems of the Town Board Supervisors for the 2018-2019 term. Kyle Levetzow made a motion to establish the per diem of the Town Board Supervisors at $45.00 per meeting for the 2018-2019 term as well as the receiving of an annual salary of $250.00 for Town Board Supervisors for the 2018-2019 term. Curt Peterson seconded the motion. Motion carried.

4) Adjournment. David Gollon made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:22 p.m. Peter Vanderloo seconded the motion. Motion carried.
