October 14, 2010 Special Town Board Meeting

Special Town Board Meeting
October 14, 2010 @ 5:30 p.m.

1) Call to order. Town Chairman, Curt Peterson called the meeting to order at 5:41 p.m.

Town Supervisors in attendance were: Thomas Mueller, David Gollon, David Thomas and Charles Price. Also in attendance was Clerk Sara Olson.

2) Approval of Public Notice/Agenda. Supervisor, Thomas Mueller made a motion to approve the public notice and agenda seconded by Supervisor, Charles Price. Motion carried.

3) Discussion & possible action re: 2011 Town Budget. The Town Board worked on the preliminary draft of the 2011 budget. David Thomas made a motion to move $10,000 from Cash Bonds – Current Liability to Income for the year 2010. David Gollon seconded the motion. Motion carried. Thomas Mueller made a motion to set the Budget Hearing for November 9th, 2010 @ 6:00 p.m. David Gollon seconded the motion. Motion carried.

4) Town Road Report. Town Chairman, Curt Peterson indicated the current road projects that were being completed.

5) Clerk/Treasurer Report. None

6) Public Comment. None

7) Adjournment. Thomas Mueller made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:47 p.m. David Thomas seconded the motion. Motion carried.
