Special Town Board Meeting
October 8, 2012 @ 6:00 p.m.

1) Call to order. Town Chairman, Curt Peterson called the meeting to order at 6:09 p.m.

Town Supervisors in attendance were: David Blume, David Gollon, and Charles Price. Also in attendance were Clerk Sara Olson, Deb Rosenthal and Dan Rosenthal.

2) Approval of Public Notice/Agenda. Supervisor, David Gollon made a motion to approve the public notice and agenda seconded by Supervisor, David Blume. Motion carried.

David Gollon made a motion to suspend the agenda and move to Item #4. Charlie Price seconded the motion. Motion carried.

3) Public Comment. Dan and Debbie Rosenthal presented the Town Board with a letter from residents on East Anderson Road requesting that the Township consider including seal coating or asphalting of this road in the 2013 annual budget.

4) Discussion & possible action re: 2013 Town Budget. The Town Board worked on the preliminary 2013 budget.

5) Adjournment. David Gollon made a motion to adjourn the meeting. David Blume seconded the motion. Motion carried.
