2012 Town Road Improvement Project (TRI-D Funded)

Sealed bids for the above described projects shall be submitted to the Town of Dodgeville, 108 East Leffler Street, Dodgeville, WI 53533, ATTN: Sara Olson, Clerk. Bids will be received until 2:00 PM local time, Thursday July 19, 2012 at which time all bids will be declared closed. Directly after the bids are closed, all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The project may be awarded at 6:00 PM local time, Thursday July 19, 2012 at a Town Board Meeting.

Bids shall be prepared according to the bidder's documents prepared by Jewell Associates Engineers, Inc. A Bid Bond or Certified Check equal to 5% of the project bid shall accompany the bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance-payment bond equal to 100% of the project costs.
