PUBLIC NOTICE

TOWN OF DODGEVILLE

CHAPTER 1 THRU 23 AMENDMENT OF TOWN OF DODGEVILLE CODE OF ORDINANCE

The Town Board of Dodgeville, Iowa County, Wisconsin, do ordain as follows:

1. Pursuant to Town Board action on July 7th, 2009, Chapter 1 thru 23 of the Municipal Code of Ordinances is hereby Amended as follows:

All established fees shall be deleted from the Town of Dodgeville Code of Ordinance. Fees required pursuant to the Code of Ordinance shall refer to Resolution 2009-264 Town of Dodgeville Fee Schedule and any other amendments pursuant to Town Board Resolution 2009-264 Town of Dodgeville Fee Schedule.

2. This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and publication or posting as required by law.

The foregoing ordinance was duly adopted by the Town Board of the Town of Dodgeville at a meeting held on July 7, 2009.
